For initial submissions, authors' names should not appear in the document, nor in its notes (to facilitate anonymous peer review). Normally, main articles should be somewhere between 5000 and 10,000 words.  Review essays should be between 1000 and 3000 words. Review essays should be given a title. Images should be a maximum of 500 pixels in width and should be embedded in the main document but also submitted as separate files.
